The same resume performs very differently across jobs. Tailor to a job has AI read your target role, then propose changes to make the resume fit better.

How to use it

1

Say your intent

In AI Lab, say “Help me tailor my resume to a target job” (or click that suggestion).
2

Provide the target

It asks you for:
  • Target JD (paste the full job requirements — the more complete the better)
  • Company
  • Role
The JD matters most — AI uses it to decide which of your experiences to surface and which keywords to add.
3

Review changes one by one

AI marks suggested changes on the Live canvas (rewording, re-prioritizing, adding keywords). Each shows a reason. You can:
  • Apply to resume: accept the change.
  • Skip it: don’t accept.
The top shows “N changes pending” — work through them.
Paste the JD’s hard requirements and frequent terms in full. Many resume screeners (ATS) filter by keyword, and AI naturally surfaces your matching experience — but it won’t invent experience you don’t have.
AI only proposes, never changes things behind your back. See a change you don’t like? Just skip it — you always own the final version.
